Creating a Package
- Go to Finance → Packages
- Click Create Package
- Fill in the package details
Package Options
Basic Information
Name
Package name displayed to customers (e.g., "Daily 1GB", "Weekly Unlimited")
Price
Cost in your local currency
Service Type
Hotspot authentication type
Router
Which router(s) this package is available on
Validity Settings
Validity Type
Minutes, Hours, Days, Weeks, or Months
Validity Value
Number of units (e.g., 7 for 7 days)
Session Timeout
Maximum session duration before re-authentication
Bandwidth Limits
Download Speed
Maximum download speed (e.g., 10M for 10 Mbps)
Upload Speed
Maximum upload speed (e.g., 5M for 5 Mbps)
Burst Speeds
Burst download/upload speeds for initial connection boost
Data Limits (Optional)
Data Limit
Maximum data usage (e.g., 1GB, 5GB, Unlimited)
Device Limit
Number of simultaneous devices allowed

Daily Package - 1GB
- Price: UGX 1,000
- Validity: 24 hours

Weekly Unlimited

Voucher Generation
You can generate vouchers for offline sales:
- Go to Finance → Vouchers
- Click Generate Vouchers
- Select the package
- Enter the quantity
- Print vouchers for distribution
Best Practices
Tips for Package Creation
- Use clear, descriptive package names
- Offer a variety of validity periods (daily, weekly, monthly)
