Customer Management

Manage your hotspot customers efficiently with comprehensive account management tools.

Customer Types

The system supports WiFi hotspot customers with captive portal authentication.

Viewing Customers

Go to Users → Customers to see all customers. You can:

  • Search by name, phone, or username
  • Filter by status (Active, Expired, Suspended)
  • Filter by service type
  • Sort by various columns

Customer Information

Username
Login username (auto-generated or custom)
Full Name
Customer's name
Phone
Mobile number for SMS notifications
Package
Current subscription package
Status
Active, Expired, Paused, or Suspended
Expiry Date
When the current subscription expires

Customer Status

Active
Customer can access the internet normally
Expired
Subscription has ended, needs renewal
Paused
Temporarily suspended (can be reactivated)
Suspended
Account suspended by admin action

Adding Customers Manually

  1. Go to Users → Customers
  2. Click Create Customer
  3. Fill in customer details
  4. Select a package
  5. The customer can now log in

Automatic Customer Creation

Customers are created automatically when:

  • A user purchases a package via the captive portal
  • A voucher is activated
  • An admin creates the account

Managing Subscriptions

Extending Subscription

  1. View the customer record
  2. Click Extend
  3. Select the package to add
  4. Confirm the extension

Changing Package

  1. Edit the customer record
  2. Select a new package
  3. The new bandwidth limits apply immediately

Suspending a Customer

  1. View the customer record
  2. Click Suspend
  3. The customer cannot log in until reactivated

Bulk Operations

Select multiple customers to:

  • Send bulk SMS messages
  • Extend subscriptions
  • Suspend or activate accounts
  • Export to CSV

Customer Notifications

Automatic Notifications
Customers receive SMS notifications for payment confirmations, subscription expiry reminders, package changes, and custom messages from admin.

Active Users

View real-time connected users at Users → Active Users:

  • Currently connected customers
  • Session duration
  • Data usage
  • IP addresses
  • Option to disconnect users
